San Blas is the most picturesque part of Cusco and it is therefore a great area to walk around. San Blas offers beautiful panoramic views, the best bars and restaurants and is mostly free of traffic.
This enormous archeological Inca ruin is situated on an altitude of 3700 meters. From these impressive ruins you will have an amazing view over the mountains and the city. You can hike from Cusco to Sacsayhuaman or take a guided tour to the archeological complex.

Plaza de Armas is located just four blocks away from Antigua Casona San Blas. Around the plaza you can find beautiful historical buildings and churches. With the charming ambiance of the plaza, it is also an ideal place to sit and relax on one of the numerous benches.
The Qorikancha was the most important temple during the Inca Empire. It was the temple of the Sun God. Visit Qorikancha and see how the Spanish colonists used the inca ruines to structure an impressive colonial building with golden details and incredible art.
